Changed
- Simpler category browsing with alphabetical sorting
Category breadcrumbs in the marketplace are now arranged alphabetically when no custom sort order is set, making it faster to find what you're looking for.
Fixed
- Settings page now shows accurate inheritance hints
We fixed several problems on the Settings page where inheritance hints didn't update correctly as you switched between organisation levels or entities.
Instead of showing stale or misleading labels like “Default” when a setting was actually inherited, or freezing the first value you saw, the page now refreshes labels properly and accurately reflects whether a setting is inherited from a higher level or set directly. This makes it clearer which settings you're overriding and which are coming from above.
- Entity selection now resets correctly
We fixed an issue where your previously selected entity could stick around after switching accounts. Now your marketplace always starts fresh with your first available entity, making it easier to know where you are and avoid accidental orders on the wrong account. The entity list is also now sorted alphabetically, so it's quicker to find who you're looking for.
Added
- Send Contact Us forms to a custom email address
Added new options under "Support" in an organiser's Site Settings to manage where contact form submissions go. Organisations can now send their users' "Contact Us" messages to a specified email address instead of always directing queries to our team. This gives multi-site organisations more flexibility in how they handle inbound support requests.
Changed
- Easier category browsing with scroll arrows
The category list on catalogue pages now shows left and right arrow buttons when more categories are available off-screen. This makes it easier to browse subcategories without needing to swipe or use a trackpad.
- Cleaner lists hide inactive accounts by default
We simplified the way teams, users, and suppliers appear across the platform so you see what's relevant by default. Team and user lists now automatically hide fully inactive accounts and teams, cutting down on clutter while still letting you view everything when needed. The filters on these pages also work more consistently and predictably, so it's easier to find exactly who or what you're looking for.
Added
- Hide empty categories to declutter browsing
We added a new "Hide Empty Categories" setting that you can turn on to automatically hide categories that don't have any available products. This makes browsing faster and less cluttered, both on your marketplace homepage and in the dashboard.
Changed
- Cleaner dashboard for users without report access
Dashboard statistics are now only shown to users who have permission to view reports. This keeps your workspace cleaner and ensures sensitive data is only seen by the right people.
Changed
- Branded gradients replace random colours on tiles
Categories and suppliers without images now display a smooth gradient based on Eversource's brand colours, so your marketplace looks more consistent and polished. The gradient shifts between light and dark modes to match your selected theme, with the brightest area at the bottom ensuring any text labels stay easy to read.
- Easier-to-read product names in marketplace lists
Supplier and product code names are now truncated with ellipsis in marketplace lists, so longer product names have more space to display fully. You can still view the full text by hovering over any truncated name.
Added
- Choose where stock product images appear
Organisations can now choose whether to show stock images from Pexels when a catalogue product has no image. This gives finer control over which catalogues display generic imagery.
- Lock in admin price overrides against supplier re-imports
You can now override supplier prices directly on a product, and your admin-set prices will stay put even when suppliers re-import their catalogues. Need to go back to the supplier's original price? Revert a single price or all prices in one click.
Behind the scenes, price and percentage calculations are now more precise—so values like $9.95 appear exactly as expected, without rounding quirks.
We also fixed cases where admin-uploaded product images could unexpectedly block supplier stock or ZIP-assigned images from appearing. Now, supplier images are properly stored underneath admin images and become visible again if you ever remove your custom ones.
Fixed
- Product codes now appear in order and invoice search
Line items and invoices can now be found by searching product codes (SKUs), not just descriptions. Searches for hyphenated codes like "BRD-071-00212" also work without needing exact formatting.
Changed
- Improved product code handling
We improved how product codes are stored behind the scenes to distinguish between supplier codes and the site-specific codes coming soon. Everything you see and use — product listings, orders, reports, exports, and the API — works exactly the same as before. This change lays the groundwork for upcoming product code alias features for when you need to refer to a product differently to how your suppliers do.
Fixed
- Fixed the Spend by Supplier report
Date-filtered Spend by Supplier reports now correctly include all purchase orders.
Fixed
- Product description changes now save properly
Product descriptions now save correctly in our forms. Editing a product’s description will persist your changes as expected.
Added
- Expanded product image lightbox added
You can now click any product image to open a full-size lightbox view, with arrows and keyboard shortcuts to browse all images. This makes it easier to inspect product details without cropping, and carousel autoplay pauses while the lightbox is open. On smaller screens, the stacked product image already displays at full size, so the lightbox appears on desktop only.
Added
- Manage multiple scoped contacts per supplier
You can now manage multiple contacts per supplier, such as separate people for general inquiries and purchase orders, each linked to the right organisation, site, or location. When sending a purchase order, it automatically finds the best contact starting from the most specific scope and falls back to a global default so nothing gets lost. Supplier reports and exports also show only the contacts visible to your organisation, keeping shared supplier data properly separated.
Changed
- Faster order and invoice search
Searching orders and invoices is now faster and more reliable. We also added a two-factor authentication status indicator to user forms for admins and super-admins.
Fixed
- Reuse deleted product codes and fix audit display
You can now reuse product codes from previously deleted products when creating new products. We also fixed the audit log display for super-admins so field changes now appear correctly formatted.
Added
- New approval rules for analysis codes
Orders can now be set to require approval based on the analysis codes used, either at the order level or on individual lines. Teams can create rules that flag specific codes or entire code groups, helping ensure the right people review orders with sensitive or high-risk classifications.
- Request specific approvers on orders
You can now request a specific approver when placing orders. Choose a team and person during checkout, and this changes the entry point of the approval process to requested team. Requesters can also cancel a pending approval directly from the order page without needing access to the full approvals list.
Changed
- Find uncategorized products faster
A new Orphaned Products view in the observability tools now helps you quickly spot and investigate products that aren't assigned to any category. Product prices also moved onto the main product edit page so you can manage everything in one place instead of jumping between separate screens. We cleaned up a few unused sections in the admin panel to keep the interface tidier.
Fixed
- Fixed duplicate product creation during imports
Fixed a rare issue where duplicate products could be created when importing catalog data with overlapping entries for the same supplier. The import process now properly restores previously soft-deleted products instead of creating conflicting new ones.
Added
- Clearer delivery dates on all purchase orders
Purchase order emails, PDFs, CSVs, and order confirmations now display a clear delivery date for every supplier. When you request a specific date, that date appears; when you don't, the system shows an estimated delivery based on the supplier's schedule, or "As soon as possible" when no schedule is available. If a supplier's estimated delivery shifts after you place an order, you now receive a notification showing both the previous and updated dates so you're always informed of changes.
Added
- New notification bell with customizable alerts
Stay informed, your way. We rolled out a new notification bell that shows real-time updates for order status changes, approvals, and order confirmations, plus a history page to review past notifications. You now control how you hear about each kind of event with independent toggles for in-app alerts and emails at the organisation, site, or user level. We also refined the notification designs with clearer copy and a cleaner, more consistent look across emails and in-app messages.
Fixed
- Import zero-priced products successfully
You can now import products with a zero price in catalogue CSV imports. Previously, rows priced at 0 were incorrectly rejected as missing prices.
Fixed
- Prices now use your organisation's currency
Prices in forms and lists now display your organisation's chosen currency automatically, so you don't have to work with mismatched currencies anymore. Previously, prices incorrectly defaulted to NZD in some places.
The audit log's before-and-after comparison view was showing blank entries for field changes; this has been restored so you can see exactly what was modified again.
Added
- Assign a dedicated team leader for clearer approvals
You can now assign a single team leader for each team. When you set a team leader, they automatically become the first person selected for approvals and requests, making routing faster and more reliable. If no leader is set or they haven't verified their email, your team still assigns the next available member as before.
Changed
- Delivery dates now visible on all order confirmations
We fixed an issue that prevented delivery dates from appearing in some order confirmation emails.
Added
- Custodian admins gain self-service 2FA and team teleport
Custodian administrators can now manage their own account details and enable two-factor authentication from the admin panel. They can also teleport directly into any team within organisations they oversee, and workflows for Orders and Outbound Purchase Orders are now visible in the admin panel alongside existing catalogue workflows.
- Track orders with custom analysis codes
Administrators can now set up custom analysis code lists for their organization, such as cost centres, general ledger accounts, departments, or accounts. When shopping, users see searchable dropdowns on each cart line and at checkout to assign these codes. Selected codes are carried through to the order and displayed on order details, making it easier to track spend against the dimensions that matter to your business.
Changed
- Cleaner order details in scheduling flyouts
We cleaned up the information layout in the "Place order" and "Schedule recurring" flyouts to help you review order details at a glance. Customer contact info, billing address, and delivery address now appear as clearly labelled rows in a single full-width section, with longer addresses underlined so you can hover to see the complete text. This prevents awkward line breaks and keeps the view tidy, whether you're placing a one-off repeat order or setting up a recurring schedule.
Fixed
- Product descriptions now display properly
We fixed an issue where product descriptions were getting cut off awkwardly on the page. Long descriptions now display cleanly with proper spacing, and the "Add to Cart" button stays visible without any scrolling issues.
